- We work hard to market your property and find and select good tenants who will pay the rent on time and look after your investment.
- We have zero tolerance for rent arrears, and will visit or call tenants the day they miss a rent payment taking further action if needed (although we generally find a firm but friendly face-to-face communication helps resolve a lot of issues).
- We look after all your maintennance requirements, and come up with cost-effective solutions to improve and maintain the value of your investment.
- We carry out regular inspections on the property and email you reports with photographs, so you can see for yourself just how your property is being kept and maintained.
- We are on call 24/7 to deal with any tenant emergencies.
- We communicate. We definitely don't believe that one size fits all. Some property owners like a lot of communication and want to know exactly what is going on with their property, whereas others require very little communication and just want us to get on with managing their property whilst they watch the money roll in! The most important thing is that we agree a level of communication that suits you.
